Chair Joanne Crowley opened the discussion by introducing BSC Group representatives and Adam Duchenneault, and said materials from the Cape Cod Commission and the town's vision plan were included in the board packet. Town planner Kathy Williams told the board two table-of-contents approaches were in the packet: one that preserves the town's vision-plan groupings and one that follows the Cape Cod Commission's chapter wording, which places housing in a standalone chapter.
