The public comment period was opened by the committee chair, Sierra, after which resident Chris Wilson and adviser Bill Snowden described visible cracks in a roughly 4‑foot retaining wall about 10 feet from the proposed wet well. “If it breaks, it’s not gonna be a good day for us,” Wilson said, asking for independent review of the wall and for geotechnical data to be shared.
