During discussion a commissioner requested the record reflect whether the address is East or West Thomas Boulevard; the court noted that clarification would be made. The judge explained that demolition waivers are sought from taxing entities when an unsafe structure has years of delinquent taxes and demolition will not materially affect collections.
The motion was moved, seconded and adopted by voice vote.
