Senate committee approves routine motions, minutes and adjourns
Summary

At the outset of the meeting the committee approved a motion authorizing the chairs to approve special expenses for committee business, including off-site meetings, facilities, audio/video and witness fees. The chair called for a motion and the item passed by voice vote.
Later in the session members approved minutes from prior meetings and agreed to consider ISP items together as a group. The committee also noted high-rate revenue and highway severance turnback reports for 2017–2018; no action was required on those reports. The meeting concluded with adjournment.
Separately, during the same meeting the committee reviewed a school-bus specification rule and recommended "do not pass" pending additional information (see separate article).
