The Graham City Council approved an administrative replat to update the official record for the plaza on the square after the Graham Community Foundation conveyed the property to the city.
Staff said the replat documents structures and improvements present at the time of transfer and does not change property boundaries. Council members asked clarifying questions about a driveway strip on the east side that appears to be county property and about minor utility‑box encroachments; staff said they would follow up with the county to clarify ownership of the small strip outside the red line. Motion by Shannon, second by Brent; voice vote in favor and motion passed.
Staff said the final plat will be filed for record so the deed and the updated plat together will show exactly what was present at the time of transfer. No lease changes or operational decisions were made at the meeting.
