Residents press city on graffiti and a proposed solar project after company failed to consult officials

On energy, a resident asked about a previously discussed large solar farm; officials said they had not heard updates on a Lake Graham site but noted leases were purchased in the South End of Liceville area within the last 12 months. A resident said the company did not engage with city or county officials and had told landowners it only needed lease agreements, prompting concerns about local input and planning.
Officials did not announce regulatory action at the town hall but said land-use questions and county coordination would be important if large-scale development proceeds.
