The commission authorized staff to file an application and related resolutions for the Texas Water Development Board’s Economically Distressed Areas program for a proposed wastewater utilities project near Sage Road; staff reported the full application is due Dec. 20 and presented a corrected estimate for annual repayment. The motion to approve the TWDB application and related resolutions passed by roll call.
