Donna Hales, speaking for the data‑sharing agreement work group, told the Data Governance Committee on Nov. 13 that most recent activity involved executing or renewing prior agreements and a few targeted amendments.
Hales said the group amended the Cabotel agreement to update school listings, amended the Charter School Board and BASIS agreement to add an additional school year, and described a new implementation with Imagination Station that will register students for a reading screen assessment used for kindergarten‑readiness measurement in pre‑K and kindergarten.
The committee was directed to the backup materials for a complete list of agreements and revisions. No formal objections or motions were recorded on the data‑sharing items during this meeting.
