Tuolumne County) and approve a retainer with Porter Scott; and (3) approve a retainer with Alan Swerdlow and associated counsel to represent the county in the Cynthia Casper matter (CV66165 in the transcript). The board recorded no public financial appropriation for these actions in the public report-out; retainer and insurance-coverage steps were described as procedural actions to secure legal representation.
What happened next: The meeting then proceeded to the Air Pollution Control District hearing and was adjourned after that item.
