The Stillwater Area Public Schools board approved several routine but consequential items Monday evening.

Policy 802: The board completed a second reading and approved Policy 802 on disposition of obsolete equipment and materials; the presenter said the policy includes statutory requirements for the district.

Meeting calendar and start time: Directors voted to change the regular board meeting start time from 6:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and approved the board meeting calendar and the proposed 2026–27 school year calendar after motions and seconds.
