Council members asked about staffing and hours; an applicant seeking an extension explained the kitchen is small and the Department of Health review is pending. Staff informed applicants of outstanding fees for 2023 and 2024 that must be paid before final licensing. The council approved the Latino's Fried Chicken license and the extension requests by unanimous recorded votes.
Separately, the council discussed inspection routings: the fire department and health department will be involved in final sign-offs before full liquor-license activation. Staff committed to coordinate with applicants and the city clerk on outstanding paperwork and fees.
