Chamber director previews holiday events and strategic plan for Dell Rapids

He said the response — roughly 20 submissions — was the most engagement the Chamber has seen in a long time and that the results will be shared with participating businesses.
On organizational matters, Larson said the Chamber has settled on Dakota Resources as its strategic‑planning partner and expects to launch a community survey and board planning sessions, with a final plan to be presented at the Chamber’s annual banquet in early March. He also noted recent board changes, naming Amber Uphoff and Lace as new board members and Nate O’Brien as the Chamber’s new president.
Larson invited council members to forward any questions by email and said the Chamber will continue coordinating events that connect residents and businesses.
