Commission approves special assessments after abatement hearing with no public comment

Staff opened the hearing "This being the time and place for the abatement assessment hearing, the public hearing is now open," and invited comment. No residents spoke; staff closed the hearing and the commission moved to adopt a resolution approving the special assessments with any adjustments and directed staff (Kyle) to proceed with the assessment process.
The motion and roll-call vote to adopt the resolution were recorded; staff will prepare the assessment list and proceed under the city's assessment procedures.
