"It's a very basic, one pager," she said, adding that the personnel policy now includes the same form that appears in the student (5000) series to make it easier for staff to find and file complaints.
Committee members asked for a readable clean version in addition to the marked‑up draft; Latour said she would provide both a version with strikeouts/shaded edits and a clean copy for review before the second read. The committee did not take a formal vote at this meeting; edits will be provided ahead of the instructional meeting.
