The Wallingford School District operations committee voted by consensus on Nov. 12 to transfer $11,450 to fund a civil-engineering study of drainage and flooding concerns at Sheehan High School.
"So that will be transferred over to fund the civil engineering services study at Sheehan High School," the chair said after Mr. Barone and Mr. Deptula explained the funding sources. Mr. Barone told the committee the request would move $1,000 from the school-signs project (project 23012) and $10,450 from the Rock Hill plumbing improvements project (project 24009) to cover the study cost.
