Winchester commission adopts multiple ordinances, approves zoning change and budget amendment

Commissioners recorded roll-call votes on several items. The ordinance creating the DDIF board passed on a roll-call vote with all recorded members voting yes. The budget amendment also carried on recorded vote. Several other items, including sign regulations and penalties ordinances, were presented and passed on first reading with votes in favor.
Copies of full ordinances and complete text were made available at the city clerk’s office at City Hall; the clerk and city attorney certified the summaries presented in the meeting. The commission indicated copies remain available for public review.
