Winchester commission approves vendor market closure, schedules holiday events and clears a set of routine orders

The commission approved multiple items from the general orders docket, including: declaring 3,100 feet of 5-inch large-diameter fire hose and an SCBA cylinder rack surplus and transferring that equipment to the Clark County Fire Department; approving a Downtown Development Investment Fund roof stabilization grant for 113 South Main Street and an upper-story residential grant for 113 South Main plus a roof stabilization grant for 115 South Main; and amending a prior order to add change order #1 to the Fulton Road extension project award.
