Carbon County kickoff lays out America250PA grants, artist RFPs for county bell and tree projects

At a kickoff meeting in Carbon County, America250PA advisers outlined funding and volunteer opportunities tied to the 2026 national semiquincentennial and urged local organizations to form a steering or leadership team to coordinate county events.
