NORWALK — At a Dec. 16 meeting, the Norwalk Water Pollution Control Authority authorized its chief of operations to issue orders under an existing contract for additional sewer-lining work not to exceed $300,000 and reviewed a draft capital budget that would invest about $17.6 million in treatment-plant and collection-system projects.
The board voted unanimously to authorize work with “Insichiform Technologies LLC” for the Santerious Civil Rehabilitation Project, with staff describing the work as additional lining under the current contract on streets scheduled for paving.
