He identified additions including groundwater recharge projects, energy-grid improvements, minor cleanup language reflecting Prop. 36 changes to Prop. 47-related provisions, and support for regional efforts to secure funding through the North Valley Thrive plan.
Supervisors praised the document as a useful tool for responding to requests from legislators and stakeholder groups and noted that the agenda allows staff and elected leaders to act quickly when time-sensitive requests arrive. The board approved the item by voice vote; the motion was recorded as unanimous.
