A staff member read the appointees into the record, listing names such as Dax Richter and Kelly Fidelli for the Board of Architects; Jeremy Schenck to the Asparagus advisory board; Deborah Guido Allen, Gregory Solwin and Archie Drake to the Certificate of Need Commission; and a slate for the Michigan Community Corrections Board including Tiffany De Bruin, Brandon Davis, Kyle Butler, Juan Ortiz, Corey Barkman and Adrian Van Langveld. Later items included Monica Peach to the Hispanic Latino Commission of Michigan and appointees to the Michigan Iron Industry Museum advisory board and other regulatory boards.
The presiding secretary stated that, pursuant to Senate rules, the appointments were referred to the committee on government operations for vetting and any confirmation process. The session concluded when the presiding officer announced there was no quorum and adjourned the Senate until Wednesday, April 9 at 10:00 AM.
