"The water comes down on my property, and when we have some heavy rains, I cannot go over because it's all wet," McGee said.
Commission staff said they could not speak to the specific Dollar General parcel cited by McGee and noted that retention is not required for residential development in the context discussed. The chair acknowledged McGee's comment and said it would be considered, and the commission proceeded to a vote.
Mister Sakamano moved to approve the replat; Mister Hayes seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
