Selectboard rescinds prior ARPA allocations and approves $124,096 fire-truck deposit
Summary

Following that rescission, a separate motion to allocate $124,096 of remaining ARPA funds as the deposit for a proposed new fire truck was made and approved by roll call.
A board member clarified they had been absent for the Sept. 19 meeting and was simply affirming their position in the new vote. The motions were recorded in the meeting minutes and the board confirmed that the allocations will be reflected in ARPA accounting and follow-up procurement steps.
No final purchase contract for the fire truck was recorded in the meeting; the action approved the use of ARPA funds for the deposit only.
