Board members confirmed the committee met statutory procedural steps, including engaging two professionals for the assessment and obtaining the sign‑off of the chief law‑enforcement officer, as required by the cited standard discussed in the meeting. One member moved to accept the committee's recommendation under the RSA citation read aloud at the meeting; the motion was seconded and members indicated assent.
The committee told the board it would post its report and data to the town website and continue reviewing other corridors where the town's jurisdiction overlaps with state routes. The board directed staff to coordinate future postings and follow up with committee contacts.
