After executive session, Manor approves a construction change order and a property purchase resolution

Following a closed executive session under Texas Government Code provisions, the Manor City Council reconvened and took several actions: it approved Change Order No. 4 to the Bell Farms / Presidential Glen lift-station expansion contract with JM Pipeline, which deducts $10,911.17 from the contract sum and adds 54 calendar days to the final completion date; and it approved Resolution No. 2024‑35 authorizing purchase and closing on a 0.198‑acre tract in Travis County for $169,900 plus closing and title costs, authorizing the city manager to execute the purchase agreement and necessary closing documents.
Both motions were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. Council also postponed an interlocal cooperation agreement item to the Nov. 6 meeting for further discussion.
