Unidentified Speaker 3 also reported occupancy permits: Clarence Shiflett (1486 Gun Club Road) after reconstruction of a back deck; an occupancy permit for a single-family house at 122 Tammy Drive tied to Garmin Builders; a roof replacement at 51 B Drive for Hillbox; and a permit to Kirby Martin at 10 Wyman's Mill Road to remove an existing laundry add-on, pour a concrete slab and build a new laundry and kitchen.
On recordkeeping, Unidentified Speaker 2 questioned a line that listed the Clarence Shiflett entry as a "two-story single family" rather than the deck described in the report; Unidentified Speaker 3 acknowledged a likely screen or entry mistake and said he would correct it. "I was the only 1 that attended from Huntington Township," Unidentified Speaker 3 said when describing a separate association meeting he had attended.
