Council members asked staff to include bidder names and a spreadsheet of results on future agendas; staff agreed to provide the spreadsheet. A motion to award the paving contract to the low bidder was moved and approved.
Councilors emphasized routine procurement transparency: one member asked that future agendas list bidders and amounts so the public and council can quickly review the spread of proposals.
