Olivette council adopts $20.6 million FY2025 budget, approves 10-year CIP and encumbrances

He said revenues remain volatile because sales tax collections have softened while new and one-time sources—most notably revenue from the recently opened 5 Oaks community center and higher investment earnings—are helping offset declines.
