Planning director gives first reading for subdivision of 9504 Old Bottom Road

Trejo said the property has been purchased, will be subdivided, and he will return to council for a second reading and any additional details.
Council members asked location questions and Trejo clarified the lot and nearby streets. Trejo characterized this as an administrative process and said no public hearing was scheduled for the first reading; he anticipates a public second-reading process at a subsequent meeting.
No council action was taken on Oct. 22 beyond the first reading.
