County approves first payment to White Construction and ARPA‑funded testing for Northwest Annex project

In related public‑works business, the court reviewed two proposals for project No. 24‑11 (asphalt overlay). An evaluation panel scored Vulcan highest based on pricing and the court awarded that contract to Vulcan.
