Counsel said Kinder Morgan (the pipeline’s legal team) had requested additions to the document, and county attorneys recommended tabling the item to meet with the company and return with a clean final instrument for formal acceptance.
A motion to table was made and seconded; the court voted to table the resolution and the item will return at a future court session after legal review and negotiation.
