"Warrants have been provided for your review," the presiding official said. Sophie Martinez was mentioned as having reviewed the submitted warrants.
Commissioner Grace moved to approve accounts payable; the transcript records a second (the second is listed in the transcript as "commissioner vehicles"). The presiding official called the question and stated the vote was unanimous.
On warrants pending, Commissioner Thomas moved to approve the warrants and Commissioner Reese seconded; the presiding official again recorded the vote as unanimous. The court then called for adjournment: Commissioner Ramos moved to adjourn, Commissioner Green seconded, and the meeting was closed.
During the accounts-payable discussion the presiding official also explained a personal scheduling change: the meeting was moved from a doctor’s appointment in San Antonio because the presiding official’s mother was hospitalized the previous day; the court discussed holding another meeting on Friday or, if necessary, the following Monday.
