Randall told the board the report has been completed by the board in prior years and contains no substantive change from prior annual filings.
A board member moved for adoption, the motion was seconded, and the city clerk called the roll. Voting “yes” were Sierra McMichael, Kelly Neto, Tracy Newcomer and Pam (last name recorded variably in the minutes). The city declared the motion approved and the bill adopted as Ordinance No. 2,116.
The board took no additional amendments during the meeting. There was no public comment on the item at the time of the vote. The ordinance will govern this year’s local disclosure procedure for officials covered under the city’s rules and the Missouri Ethics Commission reporting expectations.
