Senator Hester presented Senate Bill 88 to amend the composition of the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers. Hester called the measure a cleanup from last session’s language and said the medical society had no opposition. Department of Health representative Matt Gilmore introduced himself for the record.
No members of the public spoke for or against the bill, and no substantive questions were raised. Senator Hester closed and moved the bill; the committee passed the measure by voice vote.
