Other business: Senator Urban presented a progress report and funding recommendations from the Buffalo River Conservation Committee; the committee voted to accept the final progress report and funding proposal, which included roughly $250,000 for Jasper wastewater improvements and additional funds for unpaved road projects and dark-sky street light conversion proposals.
