Senator English presented the bill and said, "This is definitely a small cleanup bill. And, basically, what it does is it, keeps a, commercial insurance company from changing the Terms terms of policy in the middle be without the the, written approval of insured." Chair then asked for questions; none were raised. The motion to "do pass" was moved by Senator Johnson and seconded by Senator Elliott; a voice vote was called and the ayes were recorded without opposition.
The committee took no other formal actions on related bills during the session. The chair said the committee will meet again on Thursday and then adjourned.
