Emily Allen sworn in as mayor; commission names Zachary Clayton mayor pro tem

The clerk recorded his name as "Zachary Clayton" during the oath. The agenda also listed "comments by our newly appointed mayor Kim," and the speaker identified on the agenda as Kim offered brief remarks thanking staff and reflecting on their time on the dais.
The commission closed the section with congratulatory remarks from fellow commissioners and announced upcoming meeting dates.
