Councilmember Anne MacGregor moved to approve the resolution and Councilmember Peter Vickery seconded. The motion passed with a 3‑1 tally; Councilmember Kathleen Revkin was recorded as Nay.
Abel told the council the resolution included the conditions as discussed at the prior meeting and that language in the packet had been adjusted to reflect those site‑specific alcohol controls. Mayor Lisa Whalen opened the floor for questions but heard none prior to the motion.
The approval directs staff to complete the permitting steps consistent with the resolution and the conditions attached to it. The council did not discuss additional modifications to the conditions at the June 17 meeting; any subsequent changes would require further council action.
