Minnetrista council advances 2025 street reclamation plan after neighborhood briefing

Assistant City Engineer Emily Brown told the council the proposal targets Windridge Trail, Pine Circle and the Trillium area and that pavement cores and visual inspections showed structural deterioration. "The city budget for the proposed improvements is approximately 1,600,000.0," Brown said, noting about $1.5 million would go to surface and drainage work and roughly $140,000 would cover sanitary and water improvements.
