Matt also said the developer's first payment will be credited against the excise tax calculated for the development.
A motion to adopt the resolution was moved and seconded (motion by Deaton, second by Baldwin), the clerk called for the votes by name, and the resolution passed.
The resolution authorizes execution and delivery of the contribution agreement and directs city staff to complete the contracting steps described in the presentation. No public comment was recorded on the item during the meeting.
