Staff asked commissioners to call if they do not see the packet on the website or do not receive the email link; as a workaround, staff said the website posting should contain the materials even if individual emails fail to deliver.
Staff also announced that the next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for Sept. 23; staff noted a possible city airport terminal redesign/reconstruction project could affect scheduling due to federal funding timelines and said they will keep the commission updated.
