Speaker 1 then introduced mutual aid agreements with Borden and Howard counties to cover shared services beyond the council of governments scope. "There's a mixed motion that we, agreed to the Howard and Borden County mutual aid agreement," Speaker 1 said, and Speaker 2 moved to approve the agreements. The court indicated approval during the discussion.
