The commission added a preliminary minor subdivision application—Kingsland Minor—on the agenda as a public meeting. Planning staff/applicant representative (S7) reported the planning board reviewed the application on Feb. 18 and recommended approval.
S7 explained that notices initially listed the owner as 'Deacons Aloysius Estate' (the trust) but that the ownership record has changed to Bootlegger 9 LLC; staff said they would obtain an updated title report from the applicant. S7 confirmed the application remains a minor subdivision and will be treated as a public meeting rather than a public hearing.
No substantive questions from commissioners were recorded during the work session; the matter will proceed through the public meeting process with updated title documentation expected from the applicant.
