Cape Cod MPO advances Vision Zero planning after analysis of six years of crash data

The Cape Cod MPO received an update Oct. 21 on the region’s Vision Zero Action Plan, a federally funded effort to reduce fatalities and serious injuries on local roads. Colleen Medeiros said the planning grant from the Federal Highway Administration under the Safe Streets and Roads for All program supports development of a regional action plan and opens a path to implementation funding for towns once the plan is adopted.
