Commissioners approve department head title updates and set records-archive public hearing

Commissioner Kendrick moved to approve the updates and the motion passed without objection.
The court also set a public hearing on the county clerk records-archive plan for Aug. 13, 2024 at 9 a.m. in the courtroom. Commissioner Burcham moved for the hearing, Commissioner Williams seconded, and the motion passed 5–0. The court directed staff (Miss Lewis) to publish the required notices.
Both votes were unanimous and procedural; no public comment was submitted at this meeting.
