With the listed commitments and prior allocations, staff reported an unencumbered ARPA balance of $4,159,295. Commissioners approved the funding list with two understandings: the $500,000 interest transfer to juvenile aftercare and that Expo Center paving estimates would be returned for final project authorization. The motion passed 5-0.
County staff said some individual line items (e.g., engineering for expo pumps) may need minor funding adjustments once detailed estimates are built; those adjustments were noted as expected and not to change the court’s overall approval to commit ARPA funding to the projects listed.
