Mr. Linwood told the council the HOA has been seeking updates and that staff has met with the homeowners’ association about potential funding through state programs, including the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. He said the Oct. 1 session would be a starting point to outline options and request further council direction.
Council members confirmed availability and approved the work session by motion. Staff expects additional stakeholders to attend the session, and the work session will precede the regular council meeting on that date.
