The proposed purchase of the Petrie Building on 100 North Ford Street in Carrizo Springs was discussed and tabled for additional information about intended use and transparency. Commissioners debated the scope and bidding process for various facility maintenance items and ultimately approved a payment related to courthouse safety work in the amount recorded as $104,997.01. Commissioners also handled routine training approvals for clerks and discussed an IT incident in which tax office staff used a personal email to send vendor documents after a delivery failure; staff said the vendor had fixed the issue.
These items were carried on voice votes consistent with standard consent and administrative actions; items requiring further information were tabled for later action.
