At the Sept. 9 meeting the court announced it would go into executive session "pursuant to section 551.074" to discuss order of salaries and pool liability insurance, including cyber coverage. The court recessed into closed session and returned to open session about 11:20 a.m.
After returning to open session the presiding official said only two matters were discussed: order of salaries and contribution to the pool liability for cyber. Commissioners moved and seconded actions described as approval based on the executive-session discussion; both motions carried by voice vote.
The meeting then concluded with a motion to adjourn.
