"$100,000 will come from ARPA and be transferred in there," the presenter said, adding the goal is to record the asset and have expenses in a single fund. The presenter recommended transfers and bookkeeping to keep the asset cost visible in county financials.
Commissioners approved the amendments by voice vote. Staff said the training facility will be used by multiple agencies for active‑shooter and other training; the record indicates counties and other agencies will coordinate interlocal agreements for use and in‑kind compensation, not a fee for service at this time.
